Welcome to Austin #44's Services! This page explains the rules and expectations when you work with us. We're a youth-run creative studio offering code writing, graphic design, and digital content. By hiring us or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. 👤 Who We Are

We’re a small business operated by a 13-year-old entrepreneur passionate about tech, design, and creativity. All services are crafted with care, originality, and a dash of digital flair.

2. 💼 Services Offered

We provide:

• Custom code (scripts, bots, automations)

• Graphic design (logos, banners, thumbnails)

• Writing (copy, lore, formatting help)

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

3. 📦 Delivery & Revisions

• You’ll receive your project via email, Discord, or another agreed-upon platform.

• Most projects include up to 2 free revisions. Extra changes may cost more.

• Delivery timelines vary depending on project size and complexity.

4. 💰 Payments

• Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash app, and crypto.

• No refunds once work has started, unless we cancel the project.

5. 📜 Ownership & Usage

• You own the final product once payment is complete.

• We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

• You may not resell our work without permission.

6. 🚫 What We Don’t Do

• We don’t create harmful, illegal, or hateful content.

• We won’t copy someone else’s work or violate copyright laws.

• We reserve the right to refuse any project for any reason.

7. 🛡️ Privacy & Safety

• We don’t collect personal data beyond what’s needed to complete your project.

• We won’t share your info with anyone else.

• If you're under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s permission before ordering.

8. 🧾 Legal Stuff

• These terms are here to protect both you and us.

• We’re not responsible for how you use the final product.

• By working with us, you agree to follow these rules.
